Job description About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Manager to partner directly with the CEO as the go-to person for all things finance, strategy, and expansion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Investment Advisory:

? Advise the CEO on how much to invest in new markets (e.g., USA expansion), with clear ROI forecasts, payback periods, and risk analysis.

? Provide confidence-backed recommendations on budgets and capital deployment.

Performance Metrics & Analysis:

? Develop and track financial & operational metrics to measure platform performance (e.g., customer pay ratio for coin purchases, transaction velocity, livestream monetization KPIs). ? Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Financial Management & Reporting:

? Oversee monthly closing, accrual accounting, and management reporting.

? Ensure budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections are accurate and strategic.

Growth & Expansion Finance:

? Drive financial planning for new market entry, product launches, and business scaling.

? Negotiate with payment processors, banks, and external partners to secure optimal terms.

Compliance & Taxation:

? Ensure compliance with taxation, banking, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

? Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams to keep the business clean and investor-ready.

Leadership:

? Act as the CEO's trusted partner for financial strategy and decision-making.

? Bring negotiation strength, financial confidence, and sharp strategic judgment to the table. Qualifications

? Proven experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or controller (startup or high-growth environment preferred).

? Strong knowledge of accrual accounting, fi nancial modeling, and forecasting.

? Hands-on experience with banking, taxation, and payment processors.

? Excellent ability to analyze, generate, and track key metrics that drive business performance.

? Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to influence decisions at the highest level.

? Ambitious, detail-oriented, and capable of functioning in a fast-scaling company.
