Job Details:
Position: Finance Manager

Company Industry : Property & Insurance Industries
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Location: Jalan Yah Ah Shak, 50300 Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Permanent conversion is available based on performance)
Remuneration: Basic RM6,000 to RM9,000 (based on skills and experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting or any relevant field with at least 5 years experience and prior experience leading a team
• Strong background in finance and accounting including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow management, general finance and budgeting
• Previous experience in fundraising and deals advisory
• Ability to work under pressure, being hands-on, driven and analytical with solid decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with advanced financial modelling skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Have the hunger to learn and be open to adapt and adopt accordingly with the rapid technological advancement and constant market disruption in the world today

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and analysing financial models/feasibility studies for senior management to make business decisions
• Preparing and forecasting cash flow projections
• Analysing actual project cost incurred vs projected/budgeted cost
• Assisting in bank loan applications and yearly review for existing loans
• Liaising with bankers, auditors, tax agents and any other statutory/authority bodies
• Assisting with year-end audit
• Supporting the CEO with fundraising and investor relations, playing a key role in the due diligence planning, preparation, and coordination process
• Any other ad-hoc tasks allocated from time to time
