Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial results, robust internal controls, and efficient month-end and year-end closing processes in line with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure consistent financial data.
Manage internal and external audit processes and maintain strong control frameworks.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance development for the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
