Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end trade claim verification, including trade promotions, rebates, discounts, and credit notes.
Handle Delivery Order Billing, Sub-DOB, transport charges, and distributor billing accuracy.
Process monthly distributor incentives, trade program payouts, and salary subsidies.
Coordinate with suppliers, sales teams, logistics, and finance on claim discrepancies and supporting documents.
Track claim timelines to ensure timely recovery and accurate claim settlement.
Prepare monthly reports on trade claims, incentives, and recovery performance.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or relevant fields.
Experience in FMCG, distribution, trading, or similar fast-moving environments is a strong advantage.
Familiar with trade claims, promotions, rebates, incentives, or billing processes (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Good Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
