This company is a well-known healthcare company with established presence in Malaysia, who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be responsible for full spectrum of finance matters. You will be supporting and reporting directly to the CFO, based in Petaling Jaya.Key Responsibilities:
You will also be a business partner to provide support for their growth plans for the next few years and succession planning into higher finance position:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing full spectrum of finance for entities in the group.
• Supervising and hands-on management of GL, AR and AP team.
• Active involvement in hiring, coaching, training and mentoring of team members.
• Work closely and managing stakeholders and handle ad-hoc analysis and projects assigned.
• Review and improve SOPs, process improvements and active involvement in administrative matters.
• Lead the annual audit and tax matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting and people management experience, with a career foundation in an audit firm is a big advantage.
• Strong proficiency in IFRS is a must.
• Possess strong critical thinking, detailed oriented and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
