We are currently recruiting for a renowned retail company in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be lead, direct and manage the day-to-day financial activities for the assigned legal entity(s) in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Director, based in PJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, in accordance with the required statutory requirements.
• Oversee subordinates as well as guiding new members whenever necessary.
• Review and implement procedures & policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company SOP whenever necessary.
• Active involvement and provide support for operations needs.
• Responsible for preparation of forecast & budget and relevant financial analysis.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant financial reporting experience, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles.
• Possess strong critical thinking, people management and analytical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
