• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 6-10 years proven experience in finance, accounting, or related field, preferably in education institution
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for the financial health of the organisation. Develop and manage financial goals., create accurate data analysis, reviewing financial information, preparing financial reports, developing strategies that work to reduce financial risk, and advise on profit-maximizing ideas to ensure long-term success.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Researching and reporting on factors that influence the company\'s performance and analysing and predicting market trends and competitors.
• Developing financial management strategies to reduce financial risk, providing relevant recommendations to maximise profits and assisting executives in decision making
• Monitoring reporting systems, preparing accurate financial reports and statements, interpreting data, preparing and publishing all financial documents and ensuring adherence to industry regulations
• Managing accounting, budget, cash flow and reviewing cost-reduction strategies
• Developing long-term and strategic business plans and organising new funding strategies
• Developing external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers and other statutory organisations ager-job-description
