Job Description

Our client is a well established & sizable Manufacturing Co. with their plant located in Klang.

Key Roles:

Lead the

budgeting

,

forecasting

and

financial planning

processes. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision making. Oversee

daily accounting operations

, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger etc. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. Oversee

daily treasury and banking

operations, including payment to supplier, bank borrowings and banking matters. Ensure effective treasury management to optimize financial resources and manage financial risks. Maintain good relationship with all bankers. Monitor

cashflow

, optimize working capital and manage liquidity to meet financial obligations and business operation's needs. Foresee funding requirements and evaluate funding options for support of business operation.

Management reporting

on company's financial performance review and budget monitoring. Evaluate and recommend financial strategies that enhance profitability and support company's financial goals. Ensure

compliance

with internal policies, tax regulation and accounting standards

(MFRS)

. Coordinate external financial audit and company tax filing to ensure compliance with regulatory filing deadline. Develop, implement and monitor

internal controls

processes to mitigate compliance

risk

and fraud risk in Finance and Accounting. Monitor and manage control risks, ensuring proper safeguard for good governance. Ensure transparency and integrity in all finance and accounting practices. Perform analytical

review on financial statements

to detect errors and discrepancies for immediate rectification. Ensure quality and reliability of financial report, made available timely to management for business decision making.

Lead, mentor and develop the team

, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth of each team member. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring accountability within the department.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accountancy with Professional Certification

(ACCA/MIA/CPA)

required. > 5 years of Finance & Accounting management experience with exposure in

Manufacturing

industry. Must have experience in leading a team. Exposure in Group Consolidation / Cost Accounting is a plus but not mandatory. Proficient in English, Bahasa &

Mandarin/Cantonese

to support business needs. Finance software: SAP, Autocount, SQL, etc. Good leadership & communication skills. Permanent vacancy based in Klang.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
