This company is a well-known MNC in the manufacturing industry with multiple brand presence and partnerships across the globe. They are looking to hire a senior finance professional to be based in thie plant to support the senior management, lead the country\'s finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders regionally.Your key responsibilities includes:

• Take charge of cost controling,budgeting, forecasting and stock control.
• Responsible for full set reporting and manufacturing/ plant finance.
• Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
• Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
• Lead projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
• Manage and guide a lean team towards excellence
• Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least a bachelor\'s degree in Finance/Accounting, and/or professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in scope involving manufacturing finance.
• Exposure in manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
