Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

We are currently recruiting for a multinational company in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, who will be leading the finance team in the company. The successful candidate will be supporting and reporting directly to Regional Finance Manager, based in Shah Alam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of finance functions and provide relevant financial analysis to the Regional Finance Manager monthly.
• Ensure internal controls are in compliance with the Group policies and statutory regulations.
• Active participation in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Assist in product costing scope and propose efficiency opportunities to the management team when necessary.
• Close liaison with various department and external stakeholders for business needs.
• Manage and review the audit and tax compliance processes.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Possess Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professionally qualified accountant ie. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial reporting experience, with minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing industry.
• Equipped with leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
