The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. This role requires a skilled individual with expertise in financial management within the Manufacturing industry.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and financial process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are advantageous.
• Candidates with at least 5 years of finance managerial experience in manufacturing companies
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
