Job Description

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance within the manufacturing sector. This role is based in Selangor and requires expertise in accounting and finance processes.

• Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, providing analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data..
• Review of manufacturing variances on a monthly basis and discuss with the Plant Director on action plans, if any.
• Performs/coordinate reviews of company internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements including a full segregation of duties analysis.
• Support external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong Knowledge of manufacturing process and standard costing
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
