Job Description

As a finance manager, your responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you'll provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and optimize financial performance within the organization.

Manage all accounting functions which includes Billing, GL and Tax, Cost Accounting and reporting Preparation of consolidation accounts Monitor and ensure timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reporting, in compliance with the applicable governing standards, regulations, and group reporting requirements Managing cash flow of the group Oversee the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts Liase with Auditors, Company secretary, Bankers, Tax agents, local authority and compliance body. Monitor, review and support month-end and year-end close process Review of customer and supplier contracts Managing credit risk and control Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Responsible for day-to-day finance matters including taxes, transfer pricing, tax advisory, statutory compliance, and billing activities requirements as well as administrative duties. To keep abreast of the latest update to Management on the regulations , grant, promotion, facilities and analyse implications to company. Support the management to plan, develop, and execute financial strategy to ensure that it is in line with the Company's overall strategy Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments, and related duties or tasks as assigned by the Management. To work closely with the CEO

Key Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting. Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent) is preferable. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience Minimum 5 years of working experience in a managerial role in leading a team. Strong leadership skills to lead a team of subordinates. Sensitive to numbers and good analytical skills to analyse financial results. Able to work independently or in teams and demonstrates strong initiative. Proactive working attitude with the ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical and able to find abnormalities and inconsistencies of gross profit of various services

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
