Finance Manager

As a

Finance Manager,

you will have a chance to:

Oversee and optimize company's financial operations to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Analyze financial data and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and variances to management. Oversee cash flow management, credit control including SST & e-invoicing filing and submission. Manage grant financial administration and treasury operations to ensure compliance and support the organization's financial health. Liaise with Auditor for Interim audit and yearly audit, tax agent for CP204 and tax computation, government bodies, financial institutions, SSM, company secretary and the legal bodies. Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company as well as establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedure for the company. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports including annual budget and rolling forecast. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance. Responsible for adhering to Company's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) by understanding the plan and the role as well as taking ownership for a specific action. Grant and treasury operations to maintain financial health and compliance, with experience in IPO processes viewed as an added advantage. Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services by participating in educational activities. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the Management from time to time
We are looking for an individual with:

Bachelor's Degree of Accounting/ Finance or relevant field. At least 5-7 years of experience in full set of account, general ledger or any related experience. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations. Exceptional attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills. Research/ analysis/ financial professional certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
