Role Overview
The Manager, Finance & Administration is responsible for leading Kiddocare's financial management, reporting, auditing, and administrative operations. This role ensures compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial and administrative processes, while supporting the CFO and CEO in strategic planning, fundraising, and corporate governance. The role demands a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance targets.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense control processes.
Implement and maintain financial systems, policies, and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Monitor cash flow and recommend optimization measures to strengthen working capital and cost management.
2. Financial Reporting & Auditing
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the CFO and CEO with clear variance analysis and insights.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and statutory requirements.
Oversee external and internal audit processes -- from planning, coordination, and documentation to closure of audit findings.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory filings.
Develop and maintain an internal audit checklist to monitor adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
Identify and address discrepancies or control weaknesses through continuous audit and compliance review.
Support the CFO in investor and board financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and audit readiness.
3. Administrative & Operational Management
Oversee administrative operations, including procurement, vendor management, and asset inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate administrative and financial records.
Coordinate office operations, licenses, insurance renewals, statutory, and any related submissions.
4. Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
Provide the management team with financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational priorities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of business policies and cost-efficiency measures.
Support financial due diligence, fundraising, and investor reporting activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, reporting, and administration -- preferably in a tech, startup, or service-based environment.
Solid knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS)
Experience managing both internal and external audit processes.
Proficient in accounting software (SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
