Job Description

Oversees the entire financial accounting process for the organization. Ensuring accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and lead a team to handle tasks like accounts payable/receivable and fixed asset management.

• Financial Reporting:

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Cash Management:

• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Supervise invoice processing, payments, and collections.
• General Ledger Management:

• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and reconcile accounts.
• Fixed Assets Management:

• Establish and maintain fixed assets register.
• Oversee acquisition and disposal process.
• Calculate and record depreciation expense.
• Implement asset tracking and verification procedures.
• Internal Accounting Policies and Procedures:

• Develop and document accounting policies and procedures.
• Implement standardized processes and internal controls.
• Provide training and guidance to accounting staff.
• Accounting Audit:

• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Tax Computation and Compliance:

• Collaborate with tax professionals for tax optimization and compliance.
• Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Continuous Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends.
• Team Leadership:

• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to accounting staff.
• Vendor and Client Relations:
