Finance Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure effective financial management and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee full set of accounts and financial reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities
Monitor financial performance and provide management reports
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
Supervise and guide finance/account staff
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance/accounting
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Mandarin language will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
