Develop and oversee financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance by analyzing and interpreting financial data.
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Structure financial activities and transactions to optimize valuation for potential investors or stakeholders.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax filings.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Manage cash flow, investment, and risk management activities.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Handle ad-hoc managerial duties as required.
Requirements
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ACCA/bachelor's in finance/accounting or similar professional qualification.
Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
