Job Description

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Oversee the preparation of management reports, project costing, and profit & loss statements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts for company and project operations. Monitor budget performance and highlight variances for management action. Provide financial insights to support business planning and strategic decisions.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage cash flow, project payments, and fund allocations. Oversee banking activities, credit control, and collection processes. Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

Project & Cost Control

Review project budgets, cost estimates, and progress claims. Collaborate with project teams to track expenses and ensure profitability. Conduct financial evaluations for tenders, bids, and new project opportunities.

Compliance & Audit

Ensure timely submission of statutory filings (audit, tax, SST, etc.). Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies. Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.

Leadership & Communication

Lead and supervise the finance team in daily operations. Communicate effectively with senior management and project stakeholders. Able to speak and write in Mandarin to handle key client discussions and financial negotiations.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
