: Finance Manager

Overview:

The Finance Manager will be a strategic partner to the CEO, overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving the company's financial strategy to achieve its Vision & Mission. This role involves leadership, financial planning, and management of accounting functions across multiple business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals.

Financial Operations:

Oversee daily financial activities, including billing, payments, product costing, and approvals for financial documents.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare monthly financial reports, review cash flow, and present Budget vs. Actual and KPI reports.

Strategic Planning:

Assist in annual budget preparation and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Compliance & Taxation:

Ensure timely filing of taxes (SST, CP204), and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.

Audits:

Coordinate year-end audits and maintain relationships with external financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). 5+ years in a financial leadership role, preferably in a multi-entity company. Strong expertise in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Proficiency in financial software (SQL, Xilnex) and advanced Excel skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Preferred Chinese or Mandarin Speaker as need to deal with China Market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
