Position Overview

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow. This role ensures financial health, compliance, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans Monitor financial performance and analyze variances against budget Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Accounting & Reporting

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships Monitor receivables, payables, and liquidity position Optimize cash usage and cost control

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies

Team & Process Management

Supervise and develop finance/accounting staff (if applicable) Improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency Support ERP/accounting system implementation or improvement

Business Support

Support management with pricing, costing, and investment analysis Evaluate financial risks and opportunities Assist in fundraising, loan applications, or investor reporting (if applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA) preferred Min 2-3 years' experience in Audit Firm Min 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
