• Analyze job and product line profitability to provide insights that enhance product mix and increase margins.
• Develop and uphold internal controls to protect company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring they are completed on time and audit findings are resolved.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, offering insights to aid management\'s decision-making.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to optimize working capital and support business operations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including the timely filing of tax returns and payments.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to promote professional development and growth.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master\'s degree or CPA certification preferred).
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards, including GAAP.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
