JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Manage banking relationships, financial covenants, compliance, foreign currency hedging, and optimize financing solutions.

Arrange equity and debt financing, enhance financial processes, and support business expansion and investment planning.

Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital management, monitor financial variances, and manage corporate insurance.

Handle tax audits, transfer pricing, withholding tax, incentive applications, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Negotiate banking agreements, oversee invoice financing, and amend agreements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -

10-15 years in corporate finance, treasury, or banking. Exposure in audit or consulting firm will be added advantage.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of FX hedging, banking contracts, and financing structures.

Skills: Experience with ERP implementation and financial process optimization.

Mindset: Analytical with excellent stakeholder management skills.
