Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master\'s Degree is a plus.
  • Professional Accounting Certification (e.g., ACCA, PA) is an advantage.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial best practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe Finance Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the company\'s financial activities. This individual will oversee the finance team and ensure smooth financial operations, compliance with all financial regulations, and assist in making strategic decisions that will drive the company\'s success.Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage the company\'s annual budget.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability of the company.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Prepare financial reports for stakeholders such as the board of directors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Oversee internal control procedures to safeguard the company\'s assets.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Prepare financial forecasts and risk analysis.
  • Evaluate and assess investments and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in developing long-term financial strategies.
Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and mentor the finance team.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Relations:
  • Collaborate with banks, auditors, and financial authorities.
  • Maintain good relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
