Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is a standard requirement.
• Require at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or audit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Oversee bank and cash management activities, including daily bank balance monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and monthly reconciliations.
• Support external audits and year-end closing by preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and providing required documentation.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) while ensuring employee records are updated and compliant.
• Handle general administrative matters such as company license renewals, property quit rent and assessment payments, and insurance policy management
