• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are preferred.
• Experience from BIG 4 OR BIG 10 with exposure to banking/FI clients. (MUST HAVE)
• Strong knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
