Finance Manager / Senior Accountant: Education Tech Platform

Job Description

Role:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Work together with the CEO on fundraising reports
  • Prepare Financial Statement Reports for investors
  • Liaise with external auditors, company secretaries, tax etc
  • Monthly payroll & assist with HR administration
Must have:
  • MIA / CPA / ACCA / CA Qualification
  • Experience working hands on in a mid sized company
  • Experience in industries such as SaaS, EdTech, Education, Media, Publishing, E-com, Tech (or scaling companies)
  • Wants to help improve the finance function (relatively new) & set SOPs
Nice to have / Bonus:
  • Excel modelling & analytical skills
  • Able to draw conclusions around key business and financial matters
  • Experience with Quickbooks would be a plus
Location:
  • Hybrid - 2 days office - based in KL.
Level / Grade:
  • This is a hands on (individual contributor) Finance Manager role with a wide scope of responsibility.
  • Would suit FM, Assistant Manager or Senior Accountant with 6-10 years post qualification experience (Industry or practice)
