An exciting Finance Manager job has just become available at one of the MNCs based in Sepang.

About the Finance Manager Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be involved in handling full spectrum of reporting and to analyse financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff and stakeholders while recommending further courses of action
• Ensure timely submission on financial reporting to the holding company, shareholder and relevant authorities
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
• Liaise with tax agents to ensure tax compliance
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company\'s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Collect, interpret, and review financial information
• Predict future financial trends
• Report to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Review, monitor, and manage budgets
• Develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk
• Monitor insurance renewal and claim matters

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must be a high-energy, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Investment/Economics
• At least eight years of work experience, with at least two years in a leadership role
• Strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of current market practices
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Good presentation and writing skills
