Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and management roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in cash flow management, auditing, and financial analysis.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing insights into the company's financial performance.
• Manage cash flow effectively, monitoring cash balances, forecasting future cash needs, and optimizing cash utilization.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, working with external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cost analysis, to support decision-making.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, working with department heads to create realistic and achievable financial plans.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
