• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
• Strong Excel skills.

Tanggungjawab

Overall scope and purpose of job:

• To be responsible for compilation, accuracy, reliability and security of all accounting records, controls, and management information.
• To review, evaluate, plan, and take action so that the Company achieves its sales, costs and profitability targets.
• To lead and manage the Finance Department so that IT performs efficiently and effectively.
• To ensure that the company\'s Finance policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the Company.
• To ensure that income from every sales point and ledger is fully accounted for, audited, and reconciled.
• Prepares and interprets the financial statements and reports for the Company.
• Audits the Finance, records, and transactions of the Company, aided by the ongoing efforts to streamline internal control procedures.
• Reviews the monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Administers and controls cash management which includes investing in time deposits in banks approved by area office and the Owning Company, as well as obtaining other banking facilities whenever necessary.
• Assists the Managing Director and Heads of Department in the compilation forecasts covering all activities of the Company.
• To co-ordinate and prepare the budgets, in conjunction with the managing Director, in strict accordance with the company\'s timetables.
• To produce weekly and periodic forecasts, in conjunction with senior management at the Company, using the company\'s standard forecast model.
• To ensure that every member of the Finance department receives the required training to fulfil all legislative and company requirements and to develop the skills and capability required in their job and training is recorded.

Manfaat

• Salary Range: Up to RM8,000/month
• Job Type: Permanent
• Working Hour: 40 hours spread over 5 days a week.
• Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
