Job Description

Develop financial projections and feasibility studies for incoming and ongoing projects

. Assist the CEO in directing and analyzing the financial affairs of the operations

Proficient in managing export and import processes and transactions.

Timely presentation of accurate project management accounts

Analysis of project management account, profit and loss document

Ensuring that sales revenue is collected in timely fashion

Participate and contribute to strategic planning to meet the Company's goals

Maintain day-to-day financial data within budget (sales) heads which is agreed by the management Ensure that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control. Ensure that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place. Prepare and review detailed budgets for approval by the Management. Make weekly/monthly reports to the management on income, expenditure and any variations from approved budgets (< 5%). Maintain appropriate relations with financial institutions and make reports as necessary, ensuring compliance with any contracts or financial institutions.
Responsible for the overall financial function including financial reporting, management reporting, inventory & retail management, assets management, tax planning and treasury control.

Develop & maintain good professional relationship with auditors, tax agent, bankers and related business associates.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
