Requirements

• ACCA qualification (fully qualified or finalist highly preferred).
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software & MS Excel.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a must for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts, including monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, and inventory accounting accurately and timely.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyse financial performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• Lead cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure tax compliance (SST, income tax submissions, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and internal stakeholders.
• Implement internal controls and efficiency improvements.
• Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reports.
