• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Professional Certificate in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Professional Certi: MIA/ACCA/Charted Accountant
• Experience in Corporate company / IPO preparation is preferred
• Required Skill(s): Leadership, Communication skill, Analytical skills, Problem-solving, and Self-Driven
• Able to work and deliver under pressure with high initiative, drive, and commitment.
• Knowledge of the Companies Act and relevant tax laws e.g. Corporate & Income Tax and SST
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (advantage)
• Must have retail experiences

Scopes:

The company was established by its founder in 1993. It all started solely with motorcycle repairing and maintenance services as its utmost vial businesses. With the aspiration and its domination passion to provide genuine and with top notch quality of services to its patrons, they eventually gained the ratification support and approval by local and non-local patrons alike. With the rapid growing of its demand for the services, the founder could see that expansion was inevitable and at the same time decided to partake in motorcycle retailing as well.

The passion and enthusiasm that the founder has towards the two-wheeled machines, as well as his insistence on providing nothing less than excellent yet consistent services to all their customers have justify many in awe. It did not take long before manufacturers and distributors or motorcycle, and spare parts and accessories started noticing.

Upon gaining the confidence of various parties, counterparts alike, they started obtaining dealerships and authorized retail rights for all the major brands in the Malaysian motorcycle industry.

Position: Finance Manager/Senior FM/CFO
Location: Kapar

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the full set of accounts and ensuring all account activities and functions are in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis on outlet performance, Company Level P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Responsible for all kinds of audit and tax-related matters and advise and/or propose the correct treatment to the Management and accounting team.
• Maintain accurate and complete records for all capital expenditures to ensure tax allowances are maximized.
• Analysis and review of inventory levels at the outlets and warehouse.
• Ensure internal control, policies, and procedures are followed and financial reports are maintained in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard.
• Assist in the preparations of the annual budget and periodic forecast exercise.
• Liaise with the tax agent, auditor, and other regulatory bodies, including preparation of relevant schedules and supporting documentation.
• Review and update task-level descriptions and financial process manuals as and when there are changes to manage knowledge retention and to support/back up finance operation team members when required.
• Assist and lead following team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and manage the team performance to ensure work is smooth.
• Able to propose an improvement for Accounting System.

Basic: RM 8,500 - 16, 000
