Job Description

JOB REPSONSIBILITIES:



1. Process vendor invoices and payment as well as monthly employee expenses claim and disbursements on time and accurately.

2. Perform supplier statement of account reconciliation and resolve AP related inquiries. Follow-up on open items until closure in a timely manner.

3. Assist in AR collection and follow-up as requested from time to time.

4. Assist in daily cash and treasury function on cash balance tracking and communicate with bankers on all payment related matters.

5. On time completion of month end closing activities including but not limited to AP, AR and inter-company balances reconciliation.

6. Support GL team for vendor expenses and invoice analysis as requested.

7. Escalate issues and potential risk for Management's attention and action.

8. Any other finance related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
