Finance Officer

Job Description
- Fresh graduate / Candidate with at least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong analytical skill.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
- Pursue overdue debtors, Constant follow-up on outstanding invoices and take proactive action, Ensure collections to be promptly deposited on a timely manner, Prepare reminder emails / calls on overdue, Updates on debt status on weekly basis
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Maintain petty cash records, cash book data entry
- Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times
- Assist in month end closing, include journals, account analysis, review of account
- Maintenance of fixed assets registers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD / Management
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS included
- Min 14 days of annual leave per year, more for senior position
