Job description:

Disbursement Account (DA) Management:

Monitor all cost components during vessel port calls (e.g., pilotage, towage, stevedoring, bunkers). Collect, verify, and file all vendor invoices related to the vessel call. Coordinate with operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of port cost documentation. Prepare and submit

Pro Forma DA

and

Final DA

to principals according to agreed timelines. Ensure that DA submissions are in line with company policies, contracts, and principal requirements. Maintain detailed and organized records of all port call disbursements for audit and client review. Support audits and resolve any post-port call cost disputes.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of relevant experience

in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to

DA

functions. Proficient in accounting software Dynamic 365 and Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory requirements. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
