• Set clear objectives and guide team members to achieve targets, performance standards while focusing on the key Performance Deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operational finance activities, customer liaison and lead successful achievement of daily KPI
• Good experience in project migration and work closely on existing business clients
• Actively reviewing operational procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting continuous improvement within the team
• Address team member performance problems promptly and directly in accordance with personnel policies, escalate any service failure and follow up and implement corrective actions
• Review work instructions and SOP for all Finance related tasks

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent Professional.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in AP/AR within a shared service environment
• Experience in leading and managing a team desirable
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• CW1 hands on knowledge and understanding
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
