Leads SSC in O2C, P2PP activities and prepares the SSC readiness for R2R and O2P in the long run.
Ensures accounting of transactions are compliant with Fugro Internal Control System (ICS) and external (statutory) and internal policies/procedures.
Delivers high quality of service while complying with all standards and shared services blueprints.
Champions operational efficiencies and service improvements initiatives such as RPAs.
Manages both internal and external stakeholders
Overseas account management of entities serviced by FSSC.
Participates in ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Min bachelor's degree in accountancy or ACCA qualified
Min 5 years relevant working experience in a SSC with min 3 years of Lead experience.
Audit experience will be an added advantage
People management experience
Excellent English language skills
