Finance & Operations Executive

who is organised, responsible, and comfortable using

Microsoft Excel

to support daily operations.

This role is suitable for someone at an

early to mid-career stage

who is willing to learn, able to work independently from home, and comfortable making follow-up calls to participants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Programme Support



Support the planning and delivery of training programmes (online and in person). Prepare materials, track inventory, and ensure operational readiness before each programme. Coordinate schedules, timelines, and logistics with internal team members. Support on programme days and handle post-programme tasks such as documentation and follow-ups.

2. Participant Follow-Up & Communication



Make follow-up calls to participants to confirm attendance, completion, and progress. Communicate clearly and professionally with participants via phone and email. Record follow-up outcomes accurately in Excel. Escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant team members.

3. Finance & Data Tracking (Excel and Power BI)



Use

Microsoft Excel

to track budgets, costs, payments, and programme data. Maintain accurate records for participants, vendors, and operational expenses. Update spreadsheets regularly and prepare simple internal reports.
Requirements

1 to 3 years of working experience

in operations, finance support, administration, or a related role.

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

, including data entry, formulas, and tracking. Comfortable making phone calls and following up with participants. Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good spoken and written English. Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Must have a suitable work-from-home setup

, including stable internet and a quiet workspace. Need to be physically based in

Malaysia

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

From MYR 2,600 per month

, commensurate with experience and skills. Salary review will be based on performance. Remote working arrangement (8am to 5pm Daily) Opportunity to grow skills in operations, finance tracking, and programme coordination.
