Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Operations Manager to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Responsibilities:

Oversee month-end and year-end closings, financial statements, and reconciliations.
Manage AP, AR, tax, and cash flow operations.
Provide financial insights and support capital allocation decisions.
Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
Drive process improvements and handle ad-hoc finance tasks.

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant qualification with a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in similar level.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Proficient in English, meticulous, and independent.
Proactive team player with good communication skills.
