Smith+Nephew Global Business Services, Malaysia is looking for dedicated professionals with Japanese speaking proficiency for Finance function to join our Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We have a number of junior to senior role in following two function in our Finance Global Business Service, Malaysia:

Accounts Payable / P2P and T&E Process Associate:

• 0 \xe2\x80\x93 10 Years of experience in Finance & Associate field
• Languages Known: Japanese & English
• Perform the various tasks related to, and established for, handling invoices and T&E transaction processing within well-defined guidelines, including resolving basic queries and investigations in a timely manner in the area of PTP
• Generate and compile KPI metrics related to PTP and T&E function at month end
• Carry out AP closing activities

Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash Associate :

• 0 \xe2\x80\x93 10 Years of experience in Finance & Associate field
• Languages Known: Japanese & English
• Run cash allocation process accurately and timely
• Unapplied and unidentified customer payments handling
• Performing other AR activities agreed with the client such as: refunds, direct debits, recharges, inter-company reconciliation
• Performed in compliance with accountancy, tax, local, legal rules and customer accounting standards
