A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Finance Program Manager - Service Execution in Accounting Services (AS), your role requires expertise in project/program management, software/tool selection, implementation, and process improvement techniques. It is also important to have a strong understanding of accounting/finance operations, process (re-)design, and a technical and commercial approach.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and take ownership of high-impact projects for the global Head of Accounting Services, ensuring successful execution and sustained operational perfection.
• Identify, implement, and maintain tools and processes that enable Accounting Service Centers (AS) to operate efficiently and reliably.
• Collaborate with global teams and collaborators by building positive relationships, actively listening, and leading sophisticated operational challenges with accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects, contributing innovative ideas that improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner closely with global Function Leads to develop operational capabilities and optimize accounting tools and processes for daily operations.
• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of standardized, automated workflows and up-to-date documentation for both existing and new processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent validated experience.
• Shown success in leading and implementing process improvement projects.
• Proven understanding of process and project management tools, methods, and standard methodologies.
• Proven understanding of operational accounting processes and their application.
• Proficiency in MS Office; project management certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with an open and collaborative mentality.
