Responsibilities and Leadership :
1. Manage new business outsource/projects, coordinate system and business requirements, guide stakeholders on project requirements, manage project timeline to ensure timely delivery and provide pragmatic solutions.
2. Manage administration and support services projects to ensure activities align with group-wide administration strategies/roadmap. Provide timely update and communication to management and stakeholders.
3. Facilitate administration project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate into functional outcomes
4. Attend to issues and provide recommendation or solution to the systems\' users at any point of time.
5. Able to attend and resolve adhoc issues and queries within an agreed timeline.
6. Drive self-learning, work independently and team player to improvement in the area of Project
Experience and Qualification :
1. Degree and/or Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance
2. Preferrable with min 1 year experience on SAP, GAPIM and Vendor Master tool
3. Preferrable to have some AP and GL process knowledge
4. Good communication and presentation skills
