Finance Senior Executive (asset Management Sap)

Job Description
Salary offered : RM5,000 - RM8,000 per month
Contract Duration : 16 months contract (2 Jan 2024 - 30 April 2025)
Location : Level 9, Surian Tower, No 1 Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Finance and Accounting Function specifically in Asset Management
- Review and perform validation of fixed assets and payments based on company\'s policies and procedures in an accurate and timely manner
- To seek continuous improvement over Asset Management policy, procedures and processes. Implement additional controls, deemed necessary, to strengthen internal controls within these functions.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring team\'s KPIs are met and develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPIs.
- To carry out any ad hoc assignments as and when required by supervisors
- Bachelor of accounting, preferably with professional certificates;
- 3 - 4years working experience in financial accounting reporting;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and SAP ERP system
- Ability to work independently and flexible with good attitude
- Detailed oriented person
- Good understanding of process and controls and keen to focus in this area
