Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- Basic understanding of financial reconciliation.
- Good communication skills and able to handle customer enquiries.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience in homestay/short-term rental management is an added advantage.
- Prepare monthly landlord statements for homestay units.
- Perform reconciliation between booking platforms and bank statements.
- Handle customer enquiries on booking platforms.
- Arrange cleaning schedules with the cleaning team.
- Set room pricing and monitor occupancy rate to maximise revenue.
