Be responsible on Finance system solutions including overseeing and delivering product implementations such as product launch, campaigns, and any other projects or initiatives according to Finance business requirements. 2. Provide Finance system change requirements, develop test plans, perform configurations and testing, and post deployment reviews and remediation (if any), to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records as well as compliance with the accepted accounting standards, AIA Group's reporting policy and statutory & regulatory guidelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide advice on system related matters to Finance business teams or any relevant parties, recommend or initiate solutions that would benefit internal Finance in terms of operational efficiencies. Oversee and ensure successful product implementations, ensuring compliance to regulatory and reporting requirements and all project deliverable and timeline are met. Design appropriate test plan, scenarios and complete testing as planned. Ensure proper escalation to stakeholders, and all gaps are identified and addressed. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accountancy/Information System and/or other related qualifications. Analytical skills, team work, good interpersonal skills, work independently and able to meet tight deadlines. Familiar with RPA, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI. Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills with a meticulous personality. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.
