Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Provides business management with financial decision support and analysis, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and financial reporting, planning and analysis. Ensures local and enterprise-wide financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation. Maintains compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Disciplines: Internal Audit: Conducts internal audits which include financial, compliance, operational and systems audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with corporate governance objectives and government-mandated requirements. Identifies and assesses organizational risks, including investigation of potential occupational fraud. Establishes audit criteria, prepares audit plans, tests internal business controls and operations, and documents results, and prepares formal written reports to communicate results and recommendations. Provides consulting to business on process, controls and operational improvements and redesign. Treasury: Responsible for the company's capital structure, global liquidity, investments and risk management. Manages company cash to ensure sufficient liquidity exists to facilitate global operations which includes management of global banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, initiation and management of borrowings, and the investment of surplus cash. Designs and executes the company's risk management programs, including the hedging of financial risk from foreign exchange or interest rate movements, and the provision of insurance to protect the company's assets. Oversees the investment of the company's significant portfolio of retirement assets and provides guidance to senior executives on capital structure issues, including financing and return of capital strategies. Determines and develops approaches to finance organization assignments Leads financial services and/or business financerelated projects requiring coordination with other functions Solves a broad range of finance or business-related problems of varying scope and complexity Job Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
