Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Supervisor

to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting in accordance with

Malaysia's accounting and tax regulations

. This role requires strong financial management skills, communication ability, and fluency in

Mandarin and English

to liaise effectively with both local and China headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end closing (SQL accounting system). Prepare financial statements, management reports, and budgets. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and ensure proper cost allocation.

Taxation & Compliance

Manage tax computation, filing, and payment of all relevant taxes in compliance with Malaysian tax laws. Oversee tax planning, reporting, and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance. Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and government agencies as required.

Audit & Reporting

Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and statutory financial reporting. Support preparation of audit schedules and ensure audit completion on time.

Documentation & Internal Control

Maintain accurate accounting records and organize financial documents for easy retrieval. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and standard operating procedures.

Teamwork & Communication

Communicate effectively with internal departments and China headquarters on financial matters. Provide guidance and supervision to other staff when necessary.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience

in accounting and taxation, preferably in construction or related industries.

Professional Skills

Proficient in

SQL accounting software

and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). In-depth understanding of

Malaysia's accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Language Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English

(spoken and written); Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage. Able to communicate effectively with Chinese and local stakeholders.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
