What you will do

• To assist in the day to day accounting functions, which include, manage data entry and process journal to ensure all business transactions for contracting books are recorded on timely basis.
• Preparing and issuing contract invoice, credit notes (which includes raising revision of such documents according to client\'s request)
• Maintain files and records, keep them easily accessible and updated.
• Store, file and able to retrieve documents as and when needed.
• Handling the self-billing system/portal as required, which includes but not limited to, uploading, revising, invoicing and contacting clients to resolve outstanding queries.
• Handling and dispending invoices to clients.
• Other ad hoc tasks that may arise to ensuring accurate, timely recording and issuance of invoices to clients and contractor information

Who we are looking for:

• Degree or above in any disciplines
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated and results driven
• Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel is preferred
