• Analyse finance processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and transformation projects to optimize finance operations.
• Oversee finance transitions to ensure the successful implementation of finance solutions as per contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of implemented finance solutions.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to optimize finance strategies and processes.
• Standardize and enhance finance solution models to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Perform benchmarking exercises to compare finance solution models and identify the most effective metrics for assessing, pricing, and evolving future solutions.
• Perform a financial risk assessment during new client transitions and document findings.
• Liaise with external clients and internal stakeholders to gather client finance business requirements.
• Partner with other transition workstreams (TMO, Sales, Procurement, Legal, and HR SMEs) to ensure client data design/structure and reporting outputs meet JLL contractual obligations.
• Work with Work Dynamics business lines, Shared Service Centre, and corporate teams to ensure readiness of technology, including systems like JD Edwards GL, Peoplesoft, Corrigo, Budget TM1, CAAPS, client reporting tools, and corporate systems for go-live.
• Document key finance processes for new Work Dynamics clients and support the onboarding and training of client finance teams.
• Provide support in preparing RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and solutions as required.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Accounting certification.
• Minimum five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role.
• JD Edwards GL experience.
• Project management / system implementation experience.
• Property industry experience.
• Strong understanding of IT systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to assess the client\xe2\x80\x99s basic needs and delivery constraints.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to influence \xe2\x80\x93 including client and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good planning & organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and logic / process focused \xe2\x80\x93 constant process improvement approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems.
